New Years Eve in Tivoli Gardens
Tivoli Gardens is the second oldest amusement park in the world and puts on an incredible fireworks display on New Years Eve. We can't wait to ring in the New Year in such a unique way!
Rovaniemi apartment
A place to stay while we visit the official hometown of Santa Claus and explore Finnish Lapland – there's even a sauna included!
Chasing the Northern Lights
To see the Northern Lights, we may need to head out of Rovaniemi to where there's no light pollution – so we'd love to go on a Northern Lights chasing adventure led by guides.
Husky Park & Safari
One of the most exciting parts of visiting Finnish Lapland is getting to experience a husky park and get driven on a sleigh pulled by husky dogs!
A night in a Northern Lights igloo!
This is going to be our big indulgence for our honeymoon – an amazing trip away to see the Northern Lights in Northern Finland. A night in an igloo would just be the icing on the cake!

While exploring Christmas markets, we'll want to keep our hands warm with delicious mulled wine and our bellies full with the gluten free treats we will hopefully find in a few places!

Matt has NEVER been to a Disney park, which is frankly a travesty, so we shall be taking a day in Paris to head to Euro Disney.

While we're in the City of Lights, we'd love a yummy night out dining at 100% gluten free restaurant NoGlu!

Gluten free french pastries are one of the hardest things to find in NZ – so you can bet we will be indulging ourselves at 100% GF patisserie Helmut Newcake in Paris!
